TERMS & CONDITIONS

1 . Preparation and Aftercare

To ensure you achieve the perfect tan and to avoid any disappointment, please plan ahead of your appointment and carefully follow the “Prep and After Care” guidance (The Spray Tan Bible) provided in your booking confirmation.

As poor preparation and after care will affect the quality, longevity and final result of your tan.

Anita will not be held accountable for any flaws if you fail to read and follow the “Prep” and “After Care” guidance provided.


2 . Booking & Refund Policy Appointments

1. Completed services are non-refundable, non-transferable and no free re-sprays will be offered under any circumstances.

2. Payments for appointments are non-refundable, but can be rescheduled once within 30 days, providing 48 hours notice. If not rescheduled your payment will be retained as a cancellation fee. Group bookings are excluded.

3. If your appointment is canceled by Anita, a full refund will be provided within 7 days.

4. You must be in good health and feeling well to receive a spray tan. If you have become unwell, develop a new medical condition, started new medication or you think you might be pregnant. Please let Anita know ASAP.

If you need to cancel, move or reschedule your appointment - please provide at least 48 hours notice before your appointment time.

As this will allow Anita to offer your time slot to another client (as they will need 48 hrs notice to prep) and Anita will be happy to reschedule your booking to another date within 30 days of your cancellation, subject to availability.

As this is a mobile service any lack of communication, cancellations or contraindications on the day, will result in your booking being forfeited.


3 . Bookings

1. All group bookings must be secured with a non-refundable deposit of £100 or 50% of the booking fee, whichever is greater.

2. The remaining balance must be paid 7 days before your appointment via bank transfer or payment link.

3. If payment is not received by this time, your booking will be automatically canceled, and no further payment will be required. Your deposit will act as a cancellation fee.

4. Cancellations within the last 7 days or party member dropouts are non-refundable, non-transferable and no refunds or credit will be issued.

5. In the unlikely event Anita is unable to fulfil your booking, a full refund will be issued within 7 days.


4 . Parking Requirements

Parking permits must be arranged in advance for 1 hour (or 2 hours for couples). Proof of booking (receipt or permit) must be sent to Anita before your appointment.

Proof showing the date, address, time, duration and vehicle registration plate is required.

If parking cannot be arranged your appointment will be cancelled.

Clients will be held responsible for any parking fines or penalty charge notices.

5 . Accidents During Appointments

If an accident occurs before Anita leaves your premises (e.g. coming into contact with water) there will be a £20.00 charge to set back up the equipment and re-spray the affected area.

6 . Bridal Trials for Wedding Days & Special Events Bookings

For special events (e.g. wedding days, photoshoots, filming) it is recommended to book a trial tan in advance to assess development and shade.

Please Note: Trial tans are treated as a regular booking and do not confirm, prioritise or guarantee your appointment for your wedding day or special event.

7 . Booking Policy for Emergency Tan’s

Please note that for optimal results, a spray tan requires 24 hours to fully develop.

If you require an emergency tan and request to be tanned within 6-8 hours, this is not an ideal timeframe for the tan to achieve it’s full potential.

By proceeding with an emergency tan:

1. You acknowledge and accept that the results may not meet the usual quality and standard, due to the lack of prep and shortened development time.

2. You take full responsibility for any issues or faults that may arise as a result of this application and timeframe.

3. You agree to waive any claims against the brand, company or spray tan technician.


8 . Cancellations & Rescheduling

Due to Anita’s work and contract in the TV & Film industry, filming schedules can change unexpectedly at any time and at short notice. As a result your appointment may need to be moved, rescheduled or cancelled.

Anita will always aim to notify you as soon as possible if your appointment will be affected. In the unlikely event Anita is unable to fulfil your booking, a full refund will be issued within 7 days.

In rare cases of illness, emergencies, unforeseen events or force majeure, appointments may be cancelled without prior notice.

9 . Daily Health Disclaimer

A daily health disclaimer will be sent to you on the day of your appointment and must be reviewed, agreed, and confirmed at least one hour before your scheduled appointment time.

If this is not received, it will be assumed that you are not safe to be sprayed and your appointment will be cancelled with no refund.

10 . Best Results Policy

It is Anita’s priority to provide you with the best spray tan results. However, if a spray tan may not achieve the desired outcome or may not benefit you due to specific circumstances (e.g. skin condition, preparation or timing), Anita may kindly recommend not to proceed with this service.

11 . Before & After Pictures

Anita may take “before and after” photographs for the purpose of documentation, potential advertising and promotional purposes.

12 . Client Conduct

Anita reserves the right to refuse service or cancel appointments if a client displays rude, aggressive, or threatening behaviour, or engages in excessive communication, including repeated texts, emails, or phone calls that may constitute harassment.
